In today's world of hyper-femininity, over-consumerism, situationships, and hustle culture, DIY solutions have become the norm. Amid this chaos, a generation of free spirits finds comfort in late-night conversations with friends and family—conversations that make them feel both untethered and deeply connected.

Especially living through the chaos of a city like Istanbul, which changes so rapidly and drastically every day, for girls like us who embody transformation, reclaiming our memories and becoming a house that we shelter ourselves in.

It’s about reinventing yourself, whether you’re a woman carving out your identity as a singer-songwriter during those nocturnal hours, a drag queen lighting up every stage night after night, or a photographer capturing fleeting 15-second moments of fame—each chasing the reflection of their beautiful nightmares.

This series gathers a variety of sex and club moments from a night club we all once became obsessed with, ‘Pixie’. Now, a completely different story: just as with all of us when we first started on our journeys, this editorial becomes archival evidence of urbanism. The evolution of fashion and our minds is captured in the pictures we took two or three years ago; they evoke a nostalgia for something we can’t quite touch. These images remind us of a place where we spent our teenage years. An homage to that safe feeling in our minds—a longing to go back to a time when there was no doubt.

Everything appears to have been crafted by our hands and efforts, primarily utilising unconventional materials from head to toe. This is a story of becoming alien, of becoming unknown to ourselves, in a once-familiar club that is now completely gone, leaving an empty space. Inspired mainly by the likes of H.R. Giger, Daphne Guinness, “Born This Way” era Gaga by Nicola Formichetti, with a dark twist reminiscent of the 2000s era of Hande Yener by Luca Tommassini.
